1Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and Win7 ("Win7", "we", "us", "our") in relation to your access and use of the Win7 platform available at win7.ml, including the Win7 mobile App and all associated Casino, Slots, and Sports Betting services.
By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Win7 platform, you are confirming that you have read these Terms carefully and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all players regardless of the device or method used to access the platform.

2Eligibility & Age Requirements

- You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
- You must be legally permitted to access and use online gambling and betting services in your jurisdiction.
- You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as an agent for any third party when using Win7.
- You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Win7 platform for any reason.
Age Verification: Win7 may request proof of age at any time. If you are unable to verify that you are 18 or older, your account may be suspended and any funds held pending review. Win7 takes underage gambling seriously and will act on any credible concern.
Win7 does not make any representation that the platform is legal in all locations. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing Win7 is permitted under the laws applicable to you in your location.
3Account Registration & Security
To use the full features of Win7 — including making deposits, playing Casino games, placing Cricket or Football bets, and accessing the VIP programme — you must register an account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate and complete personal information.
- Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the Win7 platform. Multiple accounts per player are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.
- You must provide truthful, accurate, and current information during registration. Providing false or misleading details is a breach of these Terms.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone.
- You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not.

Win7 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point — particularly before processing withdrawals or investigating unusual account activity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension.
One Account Rule: Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is a violation of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances within them forfeited.
4Deposits & Payments
Win7 operates entirely in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). All deposits, game balances, and transactions on the platform are denominated in PKR. Win7 currently supports the following deposit methods for Pakistan players:
- JazzCash — instant mobile wallet deposits
- Easypaisa — instant mobile wallet deposits
- Raast — Pakistan's interbank instant payment system
- Bank Transfer — standard PKR bank-to-bank transfer
Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your Win7 wallet within seconds. Raast and Bank Transfer deposits are processed as quickly as the underlying banking system permits, which is generally within a few minutes to a few hours during business hours.
- The minimum deposit amount may vary by payment method. Current minimums are displayed during the deposit process.
- Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing using another person's payment details is prohibited.
- Win7 does not charge fees on deposits, but your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges — this is outside Win7's control.
- Win7 reserves the right to reject a deposit and return funds if we have reason to believe the payment is associated with fraudulent activity.
Win7 does not accept deposits in any currency other than PKR. There is no currency conversion involved — what you deposit in PKR is what goes into your wallet.
5Withdrawals
Withdrawals on Win7 are processed in PKR to your registered JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, or bank account. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
- You must withdraw to the same payment method and account used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by Win7 support.
- Withdrawals are only processed to accounts registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
- Win7 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is standard practice and not an indication of wrongdoing.
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (see Section 6) and may not be withdrawn until those requirements are met.
Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours. Raast and Bank Transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving bank. VIP Gold and Platinum members receive priority processing and generally experience faster withdrawal turnaround.
Withdrawal Review: Win7 may place a withdrawal on hold for review if unusual activity is detected on the account. During this review period, you may be asked to verify your identity or provide additional documentation. Win7 will communicate the outcome as quickly as possible.
6Bonuses & Promotions
Win7 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. Key rules that apply to all bonuses are listed below.
- Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus (and in some cases, the deposit) must be played through before a withdrawal can be made. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion details.
- One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus can be active on your account at any time. You cannot stack multiple bonuses.
- Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, Slots contribute 100%, while Live Casino games contribute at a lower rate. The contribution percentages are stated in the individual promotion terms.
- Expiry: Bonuses and free spins have an expiry period. Unused bonuses or those where the wagering requirement has not been met by the expiry date will be removed from your account.
- One Account, One Bonus: Win7 offers bonuses on a per-person, per-household basis. Attempting to claim the same promotion from multiple accounts is considered abuse and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
- Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Some bonuses carry a cap on the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from winnings generated with that bonus. This cap is stated in the specific promotion terms.
Win7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. We will not apply changes retrospectively to bonuses already credited and being actively played through.
7Games & Sports Betting Rules
Win7 offers Casino table games, Slots, Live Casino with real dealers, and Sports Betting covering Cricket (including PSL and T20 internationals), Football, and Esports. The following general rules apply across all products.
- All bets, once confirmed, are final. Bets cannot be cancelled once accepted by the platform.
- Win7 reserves the right to void bets in the event of technical errors, mis-priced odds, data feed failures, or where it is evident that a bet was placed in error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account.
- In Sports Betting, if a match or event is cancelled or abandoned before completion, bets will be settled according to the
specific rules for that sport, which are available in the Sports Betting section of the platform.
- Live Casino games are governed by the rules of the individual game provider. Game results are determined by the game software or live dealer, and Win7 does not intervene in game outcomes.
- Slots results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. All outcomes are independent and random.
- Win7 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any game at any time for maintenance, regulatory, or technical reasons.
Cricket Betting: Win7 covers PSL matches, T20 internationals, bilateral series, and major ICC tournaments. Live in-play markets are available for most featured matches. Odds are updated in real time and accepted bets are final at the odds confirmed at the time of placement.
8VIP Programme
Win7 operates a four-tier VIP programme: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Progression through the tiers is based on real-money activity on the platform. VIP status brings practical benefits including faster withdrawal processing, higher transaction limits, and exclusive promotional offers.
- VIP tier progression is calculated based on net real-money wagering activity within a defined period. The specific thresholds for each tier are displayed in the VIP section of the platform.
- VIP status is reviewed periodically. Failure to maintain the required activity level may result in tier downgrade.
- VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable. They cannot be shared with or assigned to another player.
- Win7 reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, benefits, or the programme structure at any time, with reasonable notice provided to affected players.
- Abuse of VIP benefits — including collusion, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9 — will result in removal from the VIP programme and possible account suspension.
9Prohibited Conduct
Win7 operates a fair and secure platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
- Creating multiple accounts (see Section 3).
- Using someone else's identity, payment method, or account details.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool to interact with the platform.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained this way will be voided.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the Win7 platform.
- Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming tools, limits, or self-exclusion measures.
- Abusing customer support staff in any way.
Zero Tolerance: Win7 has a zero-tolerance policy on fraud, cheating, and collusion. Accounts found to be involved in any prohibited conduct will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited without appeal. Confirmed cases of financial fraud will be referred to the appropriate authorities.
10Responsible Gaming

- Win7 is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or events outside our reasonable control.

- In no event will Win7's liability to you exceed the total amount deposited into your account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
